Exotic/Unique vacation ideas...?

Hi, I am in need of exotic/unique vacation ideas for my girlfriend and I (31 and 26)! I live in NYC area and can travel up to 10days anytime between January and October (I work in restaurants so Nov/Dec are out of the question). I am fairly well traveled and have been throughout Europe, South America (Brazil), Africa (Tunisia) and Asia (Sri Lanka, Maldives and Thailand). Have a total budget of 6k which should include flight (economy and prefer non-stop), hotel (3-4star) and spending money. Basically want to go somewhere while we are young, have the money to spend and without children to worry about. Thanks!
