National Guard Non deployable = discharge?

I have been diagnosed with asthma. It is bad enough to the point where i wont be deployed to places like iraq n afghanistan because of the dry, dusty, and polluted conditions of the air but I fall under rention standards in the army according to AR 40-501. Will I still be put out?
