Is Hooter's hiring policy discriminatory?

After reading the article regarding Abercrombie's discrimination policy regarding the Muslim woman wearing her hijab, I was just curious about Hooter's policy in hiring their wait staff. I do understand that it is Hooter's image, the pretty sexy ladies in their shorts and tight t-shirts. No one wants to see a fat woman in those clothes. But since America is sue happy, I was just wondering why or if there has ever been a legal suit against Hooter's.
