Muslim guy selling pork,praying 5 times,goes to hajj or omrah every year.Is it halal or ok?

I know someone who is an extremely rich man who is running many fast food franchise restaurants where keeping pork is mandatory.He says his 5 times salah and tahajjut prayers.Every year he goes to eather hajj or omrah.I know that islam says that Allah eccepts his prayers whos food or rijik is halal.He does'nt like to listen this type of question.But very interested about islam's other rules and regulation and his wife wears hijab.Please ansewer according to Quran and Hadis.
