Am i correct that obama pulled out all our troops out of iraq yet we are still there fighting?

Obama only promised to bring home the troops from Iraq during his campaign in order to cement support from the left anti-war movement. He lied. Troops are still in Iraq and they are dieing and coming home without arms and legs at a rate that is astonishing given the fact that the press no longer cover any fo these events. I wonder why? Could it be that they are "fronting" for Obama's lies and covering up the deaths of service men so as not to embarrass the liar in chief, Obama?
