Can someone give me an idea of what you can and cant take in your suitcase to fly?

I have children's usual medication cal pol sachets, paracetamol etc...make up in a non see threw bag, cans of deodorant, perfume...just want some advice as not flown before! only tidy answers please thanks any advice is welcome we are going to tunisia!
