Did the ottoman empire control Saudia Arabia anywhere from 1689-1709?

I have the ottomans empire ranging from Turkey, iran, egypt, libya, tunisia, syria, iraq, and just the coast of saudia arabia, j/w if I missed any part of their empire during this period of time ?
