How do you make tunisian (berber) style pancakes?

My dad is a berber from Tunisia and my grandma (his mom) used to make these amazing thin pancake-type things. She died a few years ago and I really want to make them for my father for father's day but I can't find a recipe anywhere. I'm pretty sure they have similar pancakes in Morocco and Algeria. If anyone knows of an authentic recipe, I would be so grateful.
