I need help and answers to this please may Allah Bless you (swt) if you answer.?

Salamu 3aleikum I wore the Hijab for about its going to be a year after the 2month summer I wore it on September 8th 2010. I know it might be Haram I go to a Muslim Araby School every saturday and they say it might not be Haram aslong as I keep covered up my body and respect Allah (SWT) and understand deen el islam and be a good muslim Pray, Fast, give to the poor and more aslong as read Quran and be a treasured muslim it won't be. Soooooo I have long shirts in my closet to my knees with pants and if I take it off I would wear the exact same long clothes shirts pants and long body shirts under in PE in school I would wear long body shirts under and my PE shirt with long sweats soooo if I do all that and more like a treasured muslim will taking off the Hijab still be a big deal I heard it wouldn't.????????
