Im due to go to sousse in tunisia with all going on over there will i still enjoy my holiday?

Absolutely, I'm in Tunisia as we speak for school anyway and there is not all that much going on. The "political unrest" that people talk about is far blown out of proportion, the most strife i have seen are political debates taking place in the cafes (always nonviolent, but sometimes heated). I will say there are a few protests now and again in downtown Tunis, but it doesn't last long, the people march down Bourgiba Ave then disperse and go on with their days. There is a bit more conflict in the southern inland areas and obviously on the Libyan border, but as long as you stick to tourist destinations you will have a blast and enjoy your time thoroughly. Sousse is a truly a delight, make sure you go to the souk there and hit up the fort that is next to it. If i can make a suggestion, eat as much Hareesa as you can. The stuff is absolutely wonderful.
