Is wearing sandals or flats for a woman haram....?

According to the 4 imams.. three say it should be covered and one say the feet can be shown.. You do what you think suits you more.. I dn't think that guys will go crazy over feet which looks disgusting!! There are girls who wear bikins.. we don't see guys dying infront of them right?! so showing ur feet will make them stare.. I show my feet and no one stares.. My best friend shows her hair, arms and parts that are normally uncovered by a girl and no one stares or even looks.. i dn't knw how can I or a girl actually think that when a girl shows her feet that men will look at it because it looks good.. if a guy looks at my feet i will try not to make him look because he might be looking because feet are disgusting.. I would never ever think that a normal feet with no nail polish or something will look good and even with nail polish it might not look good.. and yeah at lil miss I have never ever seen a girl who thinks that her feet looks nice.. i dn't what type of girls are these.. if feets look attractive and should be covered than what will the (other parts) look like... I am sure those men were looking because ur feet looks disgusting to be honest.. U need to get over the very very very high horse u are riding.. normal girls will look for any chance for a guy to look at them and u are saying that people stare at ur feet.. OMG HOW WEIRD AND DISGUSTING.. how could someone think like that really?!
